Yoga Beauty Tips


TIPS FOR BEAUTY AND HEALTH THROUGH YOGA, ASANAS AND MUDRAS:

Hi folks

Let me start with few tip and will keep updating day by day. This will be helpful for all ages.

You need to spend some time to take care of your health and to make yourself look pretty. Its not necessary you need to spend your useful time in this. Even when you watch TV or when you read books or when you talk to some one you can do this. Also its not compulsory that you need to do this in a specific time. Any time you can do this. Most important one is NO MONEY NO TIRED NO TIME WASTE NOTHING.

WEIGHT LOSS:


This mudra helps to reduce your weight. Try holding in this position for 5 minutes and then release. Repaet the process for 3 times a day. This will burn all your fat and make you look slim. Just fold your ring finger and press it with your thumb. Rest fingers keep straight.

WEIGHT GAIN:

This mudra helps to gain your weight. Try holding in this position for 5 minutes and then release. Repaet the process for 3 times a day. This will boost your energy level and will improve the blood circulation. Anemic persons can do this too. Just join your thumb tip and ring finger tip. Rest fingers keep straight.

HAIR GROWTH:

Just rub your nails for 5 minutes. Repeat it for 3 times any time. This will help in hair growth and will lessen your hair fall. Also nourishes the hair root and helps in hair growth. Even you can get rid of premature grey hair while doing this exercise.

      You have to do for atleast 3 months as many times as possible then you can see the difference in your hair fall.

      I can help you better in this...
      To learn well you need interest.. as simple as that.
      you are learning well to speak and laugh out with ur friends.(interest)
      learning well to do makeup (interest)
      although sometimes even if you are interested, you cant do something. this is coz of mutual importance to two or more task at the same time.

      like "Studying for tomorrow exam" vs "Someotherthing"
      you may feel both as important couldnt give up for each other.
      Think well very well. which is important why is important, have a clear idea why your task is important than that of the other one.

      If you have no confusion in that, you learn well, i mean you can do whatever you wish.

      For learning interest is must. without interest, learning is waste of energy and time, even if u get good grade in ur learning.

      Weight loss and weight gain mudra needs to be done in padmasana but the hair loss exercise can be done sitting in any position even sleeping too. :)

      Just leave off your thumb nails alone. Rest of all nails from left and right hand you can keep it together and start rubbing in forward and backward positions. I will try to get a video of it soon and post it for you if you are still not clear.

      Its not like that. Usually all mudras will be performed in padmasana. It doesn't matter whether you do it in padmasana or not but the results are same as far as im concerned.

Hi, i'm turning 22 this month and i'v been facing this hair loss problem for 6 years now...i'v tried a lot of herbal medications but nothings changed...i used to have a thick hair but now its declining and my hair lining has reduced at the side of my forehead and i fear in some time i will go totally bald
    my father and grandfather had hairloss problem...does rubbing finger nails help grow my hair?

      Either you can apply besan flour make it dry and just rub it off with your hand or you can discuss in some parlors regarding this. If you want a permanent rid of facial hair you have to go for surgery.

      I think yours is proper weight for the age. If you still want to add on weight You can work on weight gain mudra daily as many times as possible whenever you get time. Also do eat nicely.

      Yoga is a practice which helps you to improve your concentration and dedication. So it will surely help you.


      But apart from this, you will have to consume more calories than usual. Eat healthy, perform few exercises and relax..
